STEVE MADDEN OFFICES
The Steve Madden offices, located in midtown Manhattan, occupy three floors of postwar building for a total of almost 30,000 square feet.
On the main floor are the reception, the waiting areas and a series of large showrooms that showcase the diverse line of the popular brand and serve for meetings and presentations.
A series of individual offices are also on the same floor, separated by a glass partition.
The other two floors are occupied by the employees and feature a large communal work area and several individual offices for the company managers.
The feel of the space is that of an open space with a contemporary edgy look, reflecting the brand's values and aesthetics.
A long storage wall is designed to look like a display element for the season most iconic pieces. The offices have been working successfully for more than two years, contributing the well being of the company's employees. The space was co-designed with Stav Efrat.
