A.MANO Brooklyn continues to set a benchmark in coffee shop design, blending sustainability with a seamless aesthetic. Originally conceived as a design-driven retail space, the store has expanded to include a full-size café while maintaining its commitment to sustainable architecture and adaptive reuse.
By designing without glue and mortar, the transition minimized waste, allowing modular components to be reconfigured into the new coffee shop layout. The original white glazed bricks and stained plywood were repurposed, showcasing an approach that prioritizes environmentally conscious design and flexibility.
The newly expanded café now offers a welcoming atmosphere where people can engage with both craft and community while the retail space continues to thrive.
